Distance Contract

Distance Contract between the Buyer and SIA “Pure Chocolate”

This Distance Contract is prepared in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law and the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts”.

This Distance Contract defines the procedure by which SIA “Pure Chocolate” (registration No. 40003900797, legal address: “Pūre 9”, Pūre, Pūres pag., Tukuma nov., LV-3124, phone: +371 63180253, e-mail: info@purechocolate.lv) sells and delivers food products – confectionery – in its online store www.purechocolate.lv.

1. Entry into Force of the Contract

The Distance Contract shall be deemed concluded at the moment when the Buyer has placed an order in the online store, made the payment, and received an order confirmation to the specified e-mail address.

2. Products

2.1. The online store offers only confectionery products manufactured by SIA “Pure Chocolate”, with an expiration date indicated on the packaging.
2.2. Product composition, allergens, and other essential information are provided in the product description in the online store and on the packaging.

3. Price and Payment

3.1. All prices are indicated in euros (EUR), including VAT.
3.2. Payments may be made via internet banking, payment cards, Apple Pay, or Android Pay.
3.3. Orders are processed only after the payment has been received.

4. Delivery

4.1. Products are delivered by courier. Delivery cost – EUR 5.00. For orders over EUR 50.00 – delivery is free of charge.
4.2. Delivery time: 3–6 working days after payment is received.
4.3. Delivery is provided within the territory of the Republic of Latvia. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us individually.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1. Considering that the products are food items with a limited shelf life, the Buyer is not entitled to the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 22(5) of the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
5.2. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
– the product was delivered damaged;
– the product does not match the order.
5.3. Products will not be accepted for return if:
– the packaging has been opened;
– the product has been used or damaged due to the Buyer’s actions;
– the product has been personalized according to the Buyer’s request.

Refunds are issued within 5 working days after the returned product is received and confirmed to meet the return conditions. Refunds are made using the same payment method used in the original transaction.

6. Claims and Quality Guarantee

6.1. If a product is delivered damaged or does not match the order, the Buyer may submit a claim by writing to info@purechocolate.lv, calling +371 63180253, or in person at the company’s address.
6.2. Claims will be reviewed and responses provided within 3 business days.
6.3. In the case of a justified claim, the Buyer will be provided with either a replacement product or a refund. Claims regarding delivery damages must be submitted no later than 3 days after receiving the product.

7. Additional Provisions

7.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available on the online store website.
7.2. The online store may offer promotions, discounts, and gift cards, the terms of which are published separately.
7.3. All disputes between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
